First Time Homebuyer two-day workshop will be held on December 6 and 13, 2025 from 9am-2pm via ZOOM. You will receive the check in link at least 1-2 days prior to the start of the workshop. Please make sure to check your spam and junk folders. Registration Required. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **There is a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee. **If you no show you will be required to purchase a future workshop. After completing the workshop, you will receive a Letter of Completion if your account is 100% completed. ** If you are a couple purchasing a home together, you will only need to purchase one ticket for your household. Households will be verified, and following completion of a joint certificate request form, one certificate will be issued displaying both individuals' names. Please be advised that the workshop is designed for knowledge and for educational purposes.
