Si no se presenta, se le pedirá que compre un taller futuro. No se permitirán reprogramaciones. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- La clase cubre todos los aspectos de la compra de una casa. Específicamente diseñado para compradores de casa por primera vez, la clase está certificada por CHAPA, HUD y MassHousing. Se requiere la finalización de la clase para calificar para ciertos productos de asistencias financieras de las diferentes ciudades y algunos préstamos hipotecarios.

    First Time Homebuyer Workshop 2-day series -December 2024 ZOOM

    December's 2024 First Time Homebuyer two-day workshop will be held on Dec. 7th and Dec. 14th via ZOOM from 9am-2pm Registration Required. Walk-ins are not accepted. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ** If you no show you will be required to purchase a future workshop. There is a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee and attendance is required for all sessions. No shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. After completing the workshop, you will receive a Letter of Completion if your account is 100% completed. ** If you are a couple purchasing a home together, you will only need to purchase one ticket for your household. Households will be verified, and following completion of a joint certificate request form, one certificate will be issued displaying both individuals' names.
