First Time Homebuyer two-day workshop will be held on Jan. 10 and 17, 2026 from 9am-2pm via ZOOM. You will receive the check in link at least 1-2 days prior to the start of the workshop. This workshop includes an overview of basic residential rental property management in Massachusetts that provides an introduction to the Massachusetts laws that govern the rental relationship.
