Our Credit Success Workshop will provide the tools you need to reach your financial goals. You will learn directly from a Way Finders' certified counselor through interactive and engaging activities. After you complete your workshop you will have the opportunity to meet with a HUD-certified housing counselor to discuss your individual goals. First Time Homebuyer two-day workshop will be held on Oct. 10 and 17, 2026 from 9am-2pm in person at 210 Elm Street, Holyoke, MA 01040. You will receive the check in link at least 1-2 days prior to the start of the workshop. Please make sure to check your spam and junk folders. Registration Required. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **There is a $75.00 non-refundable registration fee. A $25 rescheduling fee is required for any cancelation or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice. **If you no show you will be required to purchase a future workshop. After completing the workshop, you will receive a Letter of Completion if your account is 100% completed. ** If you are a couple purchasing a home together, you will only need to purchase one ticket for your household. Households will be verified, and following completion of a joint certificate request form, one certificate will be issued displaying both individuals' names. Please be advised that the workshop is designed for knowledge and for educational purposes. Participation does not constitute eligibility for financial assistance or guarantee access to first-time homebuyer products. Please note that the workshop fee is non-refundable, and refunds will not be issued for no-shows. If you need to reschedule, notice must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the workshop date. Everyone who attends will receive a 65-piece tool set (one per household); and be entered into a raffle with a chance to win $100 gift card! Tool kits will have to be picked up at the office and also any gift cards. And many more raffles! Participants will need to come to the office to pick up prizes and give a way.
